The Major Difference Between Glucose and Fructose is that Glucose is a monosaccharide, no glycosidic bonds, and a reducing sugar agent with a melting point 146 to 150 degrees Celcius while Fructose is a disaccharide non-reducing sugar having glycosidic bonds with the melting point about to 180 degrees celsius.
